great workshops, awesome times with friends, and 4 BROADWAY SHOWS!!!!
   okay and the last one we saw, sweeney todd, is literally stuck in my head.  it was soo   good its like taken over my head for 24 hours...watch the video clip: aaa it was sooo awesome.

i got sort of sick towards the end..so thats why im resting...hope i can make it to school tomorro to get ready for our two concerts this week (band and choir--come watch!) and take the bio test :(

and i cant even begin to cover the awesomeness in new york.  maybe il try again in another entry...

but its so hard the day after a trip, cause the trip is going from experience to memory forever.

new york made me think a lot too, actually.  ground zero and ellis island were...well they made you stop and think.  ellis island reminded me of the holocaust museum eeerily.  and i found out that my great grandfather actually did come through ellis islad befor moving to pennsilvania. so it is a part of my history.   yayay iv got culture!

so yeah im gonna go work now.  il put up my pictures later...sigh....

=D  im doing good...lots of stuff gong on.  i'm gonna do a 'wrap up' : in sort of chrono order or something

-new york coming soon!  and i think my mom might give me money to shop before. first new clothes in over a year i think.  should be exciting.

-callbacks for bye bye birdie went pretty well-yay Kyle and Josh!  but now im really wanting to just get the results.  she said shed email everyone 'soon' but how soon is that?

-christine's bday partay was awesome!  that was on saturday and went really well.  highlights: scavenger hunt, swing, cranium, frizzbee...=D  the whole thing was  a highlight.

-biggest item on the agenda this week however is band staff.  i made section leader with Dana and Karin as flute staff and i think its gonna be an awesome season.   i was a little afraid on monday, just i dunno new information, lots of responsibility, silly rumors, but i think theres nothing to worry about or fear now.  im looking forward to next year!  and GOOD JOB CHRIS! AND EVERYBODY!

so thats it basically.  o and what with all this shake up around staff i was realizing, in band even though the staff people have the title and authority, there are so many leaders in band who have so much influence and they are just as much of what makes up this band as anyone else no matter what your title is

im sure theres a very eloquent way to express the above idea
but i dont know what way that would be
hope i conveyed the sentiment. kinda yeah

but schools almost over! AAAAAAAA i dont want it to be!

k so lots of stuff is going on, and im in a pretty good mood with everything. 
i think the sunlight is beneficial to everyone's mental health, specially me =D  yay summer.

here il do some bullets:

-im going to audition for bye bye birdie on tuesday and im definitely excited and nervous   and everything.  i havent auditioned for a play in forever.  yay for Kyle and possibly Felix and Josh for doing it too!  im really excited!

-NEW YORK NEW YORK NEW YORK! we're leaving the 17th and thats in...like 19 days!! woah woah woah its still not quite dawning on me yet.  my mom got me books to read that have NY stuff in them =D  so il be doing that.  oh and i get to do a workshop masterclass thing with an actual Broadway person about auditioning for musical theater so yeah BASICALLY im excited.

-im making another skirt for summer!  its gonna be pink and green and i got the fabric and its awesome. i like sewing its fun.  and it matches both my bathing suits.  so now im definitely ready for summer =D  i want to go to the beach sumtime...

so now im going out to luch with my parents =D yay.  have a lovely sunny day everyone!

dragon boat race was two days ago! *sniff*

but it was soo awesome.  im not gonna bother trying to explain it all (other people have done a much better job =D) but il just say it rockd my socks off. or my ankle brace off. 
which is getting better, im very proud of it (my ankle, i mean.)

congrats to boats black and gold.  each of us had lots of stuff to be proud of.  thanks Gold for letting me stroke w/ u guys that was incredible.

anywho back to the normal routine...until next race!  yay!

Richard (our family friend from england) left today :(
it was sad, cause usually hes playing video games when we get home, and today...he wasn't there *sigh*
but it was fun having him stay, and nice seeing him again.

but now things are back to normal *sigh* *sigh* yeah okay

every time i walk into bio, i see these empty seats its so sad that while WE'RE sitting here in BIO, there are people partying in ITALY.  man.   =D  but i dont feel that bad, cause it'll be the other way around in a few weeks when we go to
